From Hank’s Garden to You!

And a bird overhead sang Follow,
And a bird to the right sang Here;
And the arch of the leaves was hollow,
And the meaning of May was clear.

    Hey, thanks! Hank has a green thumb when he’s not knocking stuff over. While you’re at Smith, check out Sessions House if you’ve never done so–it’s a neat, very old house on campus right off Elm Street and across from the infamous Cutter-Ziskind houses. Great example of 1700s-era construction–and stories! Dewey House is another lovely and storied structure, though apparently it went through a big renovation so who knows what it’s like now…though Hank’ll bet it’s still haunted!
