HANKZILLA! HANKZILLA WANT EVERYTHING!!

Wouldn’t you know it?

Our cantankerous Hank will be lumbering around and bellowing some at this weekend’s 9th Annual Summer Beer Taste—aka BEERZILLA—and he surely hopes to see you there. Cap’s the designated driver but don’t call him Shirley. (Though to be honest, he really doesn’t mind). Dozens of local microbreweries will be pouring and there will be snacks.

Snacks!

Cap tries the “Capzilla?” look but finds the lavender too soothing

BEERZILLA is another clever ploy to support our Phinney Neighborhood Association and Hank’s all for it. So put on your beer goggles and join Hank this Saturday from 4-7 pm at the PNA.

Hank, I can only imagine! 🙂 Love that first pic (who needs Photoshop?!) and I love Cap’s expression, too! Have fun, and if it all gets too much you can both relax in the lavender.

Thanks, Jo! What fun it was. Hank’s minion took about 400 photos for the event and met just about every single participant–more than 600 beer “tasters”! What fun everyone had!

Cap stayed home and pondered the lavender. Next year, little doggie, next year…

Ooo, West Coast brewskies! We sampled several during our stay in Oregon.

    Love the lavender dog.

  4. Hank. says:

Yes, yes we have LOOOOVELY brews here! It makes Hank think he did something right in a former life.

One of Hank’s favorite spots is the Rogue Brewery’s public house on a pier in Astoria, OR. When he’s down there singing songs with the bachelor sea lions he needs to re-wet his whistle frequently, so that spot hits the spot. Hank loves Rogue’s dog-friendliness! He considered sneaking in a few of his 1000 lb. buddies but they’re really, really stinky.
